Approach Perfect is a New Zealand consultancy working with executives and delivery leaders on operating-model redesign, team-of-teams structure, and portfolio prioritisation. We facilitate lessons-learned for launches and incidents, and we build the delivery-analytics tooling our clients run.

Our work has been with several globally-recognised firms, including eBay, Cisco, PagerDuty, StubHub, Episource and NRC Health. We serve clients across the US, Europe, APAC, and Aotearoa New Zealand.

We build on Claude. Grounded Forge, our open-source retrieval architecture for source-grounded assistants, ships as a Claude Code plugin under an MIT substrate licence.
